At its core is a system of fully removable internal padding, made from an upgraded anti-shock foam — derived from the same technology used in our gloves, but further developed to absorb heavier impacts while allowing exceptional mobility.
Protective inserts are strategically placed on the forearms, ribs, chest, and upper back (below the neck), covering key impact zones without restricting movement.
The integrated arm protection is intentionally designed with extended coverage to accommodate a wide range of athlete builds and positions. In some cases, the insert may extend slightly beyond the natural arm length and come into contact with the elbow area during movement. For a more personalized fit and unrestricted mobility you can easily trim the anti-shock foam to the preferred length without affecting performance or safety.
The double-breasted front construction adds an extra layer of protection where it matters most.
The outer shell is made from a cut-resistant fabric, designed to reduce penetration and help deflect incoming strikes.
A blade catcher at the collar enhances safety in thrust exchanges, while the closure system — combining zipper, velcro, and buttons — ensures the jacket remains secure and closed at all times, even under pressure.
